1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ACED ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

ACED is an online educational platform that provides:

• Interactive Courses: Educational content across various subjects
• AI-Powered Tutoring: 24/7 AI assistant to help with learning
• Progress Tracking: Tools to monitor your learning journey
• Personalized Learning: Adaptive content based on your progress

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Types

Pro	All courses, unlimited AI assistance, advanced features, priority support

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

Pro subscriptions are available in the following plans:

• Monthly: 250,000 UZS per month
• Quarterly: 675,000 UZS (10% savings)
• Biannual: 1,200,000 UZS (20% savings)

4.2 Billing (Non-Recurring)

• Subscriptions are one-time payments for a fixed period (1 month, 3 months, or 6 months)
• Your Pro status is valid only for the duration of your purchased plan
• When your subscription period ends, your account automatically reverts to Free status
• To continue with Pro features, you must manually purchase a new subscription
• We will notify you before your subscription expires
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

4.3 Subscription Expiration

• Upon expiration, your account status changes from Pro to Free
• You will retain access to Free courses and basic features
• Your learning progress and account data are preserved
• Pro-only course progress is saved but access is paused until you renew
• You can renew at any time to restore Pro access

4.4 Refunds

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't completed more than 20% of any Pro course
• To request a refund, contact us through our official channels
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce course content without permission
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the Platform
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Misuse the AI tutor for non-educational purposes

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on ACED, including but not limited to courses, lessons, quizzes, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ACED or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Download, copy, or save course content for offline use (unless explicitly permitted)
• Share, sell, or distribute course materials
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. AI Tutor Usage

Our AI tutor is designed to assist with learning. You understand that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
• The AI is for educational assistance only, not professional advice
• We may monitor AI interactions to improve the service
• Inappropriate use of the AI may result in account restrictions

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific learning outcomes or results
• Accuracy of all content or AI responses
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Have been inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uzbekistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
